I finally reached top seller status, updated my returns to make seller pay and the very next day they cut my delivery time down by 23 hours causing many of my packages to show as being late. If you pull a detail on the late delivery transactions, it shows the latest time it must be scanned as delivered. It shows the time change and from that point on my packages are late. Example: Must deliver by 12/15/18 prior to the change and the carrier posted the delivery on 12/15 I was good. NOW if it posts on 12/15 it is LATE unless they post it before 1 AM which is impossible.

I've never seen that screen before, so I don't understand it fully without the header. Is that the estimated delivery & actual delivery?
If you are uploading your tracking timely and have an acceptance scan within your handling time, late deliveries aren't supposed to count against you.
