I had bought the shoes myself and have receipts showing them as authentic.
They were literally never even worn.
I send them to the authenticator, then a day later get a message saying that they are fake.
They are returned to me and the funds deducted from my paypal.
I get the box a day later and the shoes are missing.
I have video of me opening the box when it arrived as it seemed lighter than it should be.
I also have pictures of me sending it from UPS.
btw I am in Vancouver, BC.
Please let me know what I can do in this situation as this is ridiculous!

Contact ebay by your favorite support channel and ask specifically to speak to someone from the Authenticity Guarantee program.

I will call them tomorrow, thank you!
Is there a specific number I should reach out to in canada?

Don't phone.
The phone clerks don't work for eBay. They work for a sub-contractor in Utah.
You want the social media Chat personnel, who are well trained and have some authority.
https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/ — Message button in upper right on landing page.
https://twitter.com/askebay?lang=en
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/How-do-I-contact-Customer-Support/m-p/32016431#M1783851 -> Automated Assistant, type AGENT -> enter. You will then get more options.
And you get a transcript.

Thank you
Just reached out to them through social media. I will try the chat thing tomorrow as it says they are closed right now.
Thanks!

There have been multiple postings on this forum about sellers having problems and/or being ripped off by the authentication centers. The sneaker center seems to be the most prevalent. Unfortunately about the only recourse you have is to file a police report with the police department where the authentication center is located as well as with the FBI cyber crimes division at https://www.ic3.gov/ . If the authorities receive enough reports they may launch an investigation into the center. You can also file a complaint with eBay but since they already have their fees they probably are not going to do anything.

Ahhh geez not again. Which authentication site were the Yeezys sent to, New York or Las Vegas?
Try these contacts, they are affiliated with the sneaker con.
as others stated reach out on social media also.
keep at this mess, clearly something is going on here.

Better yet, CC all of them and BCC a consumer protection reporter at your local TV station. (this is one more reason I don't sell shoes.)

I try to keep up with sneaker authentication posts when I can. My understanding from some past posts is that if sneakers were verified to be fake, they were so called confiscated and not returned to seller. Shipping an empty box back raises many questions.
I still question what makes these authenticators experts? I think the only authenticator(s) can be an employee from the manufacture. Just like with sports cards.
What few shoes I have listed are pick up only. I'm not going to gamble on these authenticators until more information is shared to sellers.
Quick questions: was the box damaged as if it was opened and resealed? Did they really ship back with 1 day shipping?
Good luck with your case.

I stopped selling anything that needs to be authenticated because I know for a fact they can easily open and steal or open and switch anything. It's sad but it is what it is!
