why should I use this feature?

What if I don’t  use easy pricing?

It's your choice.  No problems if you don't. Easy pricing means ebay decides the price of your item for you so it will sell quicker...however, you may not like the outcome. Ebay bases their recommendations of what prices should be by statistics, not what the item is actually worth, what you spend on it, time, supplies, etc.  That's something they need to work on.  Good luck what ever you decide.

I have never heard of this after spending ten years on ebay.  Sounds like the least creative way to leave money on the table so to speak.  If you don't want to do the work of setting your own prices maybe you should work for a retailer?

If you do a little research and look up what things actually sell for and how much sellers typically charge for shipping you can set your price 10% lower and make some sales.
