Easy Pricing 20% off FVF but only if Easy Pricing is turned on. How do you turn on?

I received this promo but can not find how to turn on Easy Pricing.  Info says to click on prompt when listing.  I have listed about 30 items since receiving this promo and no prompt shows.  Any one have info on this?  Dates are 12-11 thru 12-20.  Thanks

I think you need to be using the Quick Listing Tool, and not the Advanced listing tool.

(You are the first seller I've read who actually wants to use eBay's Easy Pricing.)  

From what I've observed, Easy Pricing is available only through the Quick Listing Tool, and only for the Fixed Price format.  The option is found in the pricing section, as shown in the screen shot below:

Thanks for the answer.  I don't use the tool so guess it is not a promo I will participate in.
