So eBay says - "International Shipping will automatically display your listings that meet eligibility requirements based on category, item value (up to $2,500 USD excluding taxes, duties, and delivery fees), and listing location (item must be physically located in the US)"
Is there a visual identifier or a downloadable report that can tell me which of my items are eligible and enrolled in EIS ?

Other than the general policy information slippinjimmy referenced I am not aware of any report you can run that will tell you which of your active listings are EIS eligible. Even if a report was available there could be potential disparities between individual listings. While two different listings could be EIS eligible the countries the items may EIS eligible for may differ as EIS also attempts to integrate some of the various country import restrictions into the screening process.

I would love such a report, especially in light of the discovery that certain phrases (like "Lot of") can affect visibility through EIS. But you're right, I don't believe such a report exists currently.
