Many sellers on EBay sell an unofficial albums. me too.
However, EBay has a policy of not selling unofficial albums.
Ok, that is acceptable.
but.. Here, look at this!
(from August 10 to the present..)
History of restrictions I've been given because of unofficial albums.
Aug 10 - A temporary 7-day selling restriction
Sep 24 - A temporary 10-day selling restriction
Oct 05 - A temporary 7-day selling restriction
Oct 12 - A temporary 10-day selling restriction
Oct 20 - A temporary 7-day selling restriction
Nov-19 A temporary 10-day selling restriction
*Me: Total 51-Days sale limit
*Other sellers(Take two sellers as an example): 0 day. No sales restrictions at all
51 Days VS 0 Day... Hahaha~
Do you think this is normal?
The same penalties should be given to other sellers.
I kept complaining to Ebay against this unequal policy.
Ebay told me it would be fair to all sellers, but that's not happening at all.
In addition, Ebay has taken measures to delete and restrict normal products into illegal albums without proper confirmation.
This is unfair!!!!!

By "unofficial albums" are you referring to pirated copies of copyrighted material in violation of copyright laws?
Judging from the list of restrictions you've received for the same offense, it appears that you don't seem to learn from your mistakes. Now you are complaining that you don't think that it is fair that you're being punished for repeated offenses and others who may not have been caught yet or not. Interesting!
Frankly, if I were the owner of the rights to the "unofficial albums" that you're selling I probably sue you for everything you own for infringement.
Since you're located in South Korea, I believe that your country is a party to treaties regarding International Copyrights.

You are on a one-way street to indefinite (permanent) restriction if you do not quit breaking the rules.

Many sellers have been selling like that for a long time, and I didn't know the policy.
So I've been deleting it since the restriction, and I won't sell it.
I mentioned eBay's unequal restrictions.

@foggyforestkr With that many fakes having been removed and restrictions issued, I'm absolutely shocked that you aren't suspended!
You're selling fakes, got caught and have to pay the price.

It's hard to explain exactly, but these are very old unofficial albums for collectors.
Not today's illegal products

I can understand how that would be hard to explain.

Are you talking about pirated copies of albums that were illegally made at the time but the copyright has now expired on? If so, I'm not sure if the illegal copies made then would not still be illegal. Of course, I'm not sure I know of any collector that would be interested in purchasing pirated copies of anything. The value to collectors is usually tied to the items authenticity. I'm afraid that your use of the term, "unofficial albums" doesn't quite make your posts seem like you're operating by very ethical standards.
