'I ve selected a three phone set, not a two, and according to the model number on the box is a three phone set, but it only comes with two inside the box. I did not open the box until yesterday 9/25/22, that s why I need to return it, or send me the right set with 3 phones. thank you'

And this was in the description in RED:

The problem I see is with the catalog information added by eBay.  It conflicts with the actual product that you were offering.  Item specifics says 3 handsets, stock information says 3 handsets,  the picture of the box shows 3 handsets.  I suppose the buyer was disappointed there were only two.

Sorry you are not pleased with your purchase. Please return for refund.

Accept the return and give the buyer a prepaid shipping label for the return.  DO NOT try to argue - even if you are right - just take it back.

Reason for my above statement is that we have had too many sellers try to engage the buyer and argue or reason with the buyer only to have the buyer escalate the case 4 days later and eBay then closes the case, refunds the buyer, TAKES THE MOOLAH OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT and then...if this all isn't bad enough, ALLOWS THE BUYER TO KEEP YOUR ITEM FOR FREE!

OOPS!  Did I forget that you also get a defect on your account if you do not accept the return???

Do not engage the buyer, just accept the return.

...and remember that there are just too many buyers who JUST DON'T READ.  Ugh! 🙄
