This is the 5th time in three weeks that I have received a message like this

Hello ,
You have an outstanding amount owed for eBay fees. Because you owe eBay, you won't be able to list new items on eBay. To resolve this issue and continue selling, you need to pay the amount you owe immediately.

But I don't have any owe and my balance is 0.00 USD !!!!!!!!
I can't keep on trading my account is on hold so I am unable to list new items also If I don't call for issue eBay will remove my listings and make some restrictions for selling !!!!

Each time I spend an hour with customer services to resolve the issue and they assure me it is a known technical problem which is now resolved and each time it comes back. It is 3 weeks that I call every day.

I introduce another credit card and bank account but it does not work and eBay agents (even manager department ) can not solve my problem and eBay does not care about my open tickets claim !!!!

Anybody can help me?

What can I do? It's pointless going back to customer services but there seems no alternative. Where can you make a formal complaint to eBay.

So sorry this is happening to you. Have you tried reaching out to the customer service reps on eBay’s business Facebook page? They are responsive and have some authority to help.

Even tho your account is at zero due, have you made a payment to see if that halts the problem?

Thanks for your message. i already talk with a lot of agent even with manager but they will keep saying that it will solve in 24 hours but it doesn't!!

When your balance is 0 you can not pay anything.

When I call them they will take the restriction. my problem is that i have to call them everyday and also when you have restriction, the selling amount come down. Also I lose all of my sold history, so it will effect to my selling too.
