I just started selling items on EBay and have been doing fairly well. My account received a notice that it has been restricted and eBay wants proof of purchase for the latest items I have been selling. I provide EBay with the receipts and after a review of the receipts, EBay sends me a message saying that they closed my account due to it being registered when I was 17…. I am now 24. I have already had a review of my account a month ago and never received a message regarding the origin of the account. I have a large amount of funds being held due to my accounts suspended status. What can I do about this situation? Also, what happens to my pending selling funds that have not been paid out yet.

"Also, what happens to my pending selling funds that have not been paid out yet."
Worst case, they'll be sent to your state's Unclaimed Property Dept. Watch for your name in their public notices.

Unfortunately, you broke the rules and eBay decided to punish you for it.
And just so you are aware, you agreed that eBay does not even need a reason to terminate your account:
"we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion"
