EBAY is a simple portal for fraud

1. Sell an item to someone and they take off what they need from my item sold to them and then file complaint. A vintage doll and they took off some clothing items to make their doll more complete and valuable. Sent it back without some of the clothing on doll back and now i get shorted out. I checked off box NO RETURNS. 2.  I check the box for US sellers only and don't want to be waiting a month for items < my choice> The listing deceives into thinking it's being bought from US store but actually a middle man who is ordering from overseas then jacking up price. Takes forever to get it and most they say is " i apologize there was a problem with shipping." Blame it on USPS or other reasons usually.  Last item bought from store stating Illinois and I'm only 6 hours away, but took 2 1/2 weeks to get it !! EBAY lists them as TOP RATED seller and deceives you into buying from them and falsely advertising their member/seller. Top rated seller info I find is China seller !!! You simply can't trust EBAY or their stores selling items on the site. Personal sellers, yes maybe but no stores on EBAY. Take a little time to look into FEEDBACK about a store and when EBAY starts seeing negative feedback look into it further ?? Top Rated seller !! They have 400 negative feedback and 100 neutral ?? Your telling us to buy so you can make your money fees for them selling ??

People selling personally I actually trust and have had much better experiences, not to say one or two can be deceiving with 1 person ripping me off as stated in reply. However, put these stores on here and back them up ?? Yes, not everyone is going to like product and different opinions, but look at returns, shipping, customer service, missing items and should be close to 100% if they are real and "TOP RATED"

In my experience, "Top rated" is not an accurate reflection of the integrity of a seller. Some of the worst sellers I've dealt with have been "Top Rated Sellers."
