Is it just me or is EBAY Sales Dead ?

I know goodluck and he's having great sales right now. He's not selling clothing - but his category has a lot of competition so good for him. You might not know who others are with posting IDs but those of us who have been here awhile do and would surely call someone out if they were misrepresenting themselves.

Im down 40% from what seller hub shows but its more like 60%. My sales started declining when the new search and update was unrolled at the end of May. I went from 200-250 a day to 25 to 40 a day.  I fear the end is nigh and my store will be closing. Ive called Ebay and spoke with hundreds of reps and was told everything from bueyrs dont want my items anymore to i's my fault. Everyday i call ebay because something is wrong with either my SellerHub, store not showing, items not showing in search, ghost offers that pop up 40 times a day and when i click on them there are no offers.

I guess EBAY is trying to get people to buy, they have been offering 10% in EBAY Bucks on purchases. I normally, have under $100.00 in EBAY Bucks, I now have close to $400.00 and a month to go.

Curious - for the sellers that are selling (like actually getting sales) what is your store level?

Knock on wood - I'm up 50% from last month and 39% from last year at this time. I have a basic store - 250 fixed price. What I have been doing is going back and filling in as many item specifics as I can. Making sure the listing is mobile compliant. Making sure the title has the 4 most important keywords first - doesn't have an puncuation or weird symbols. Only capitalizing the first letter of a word ect...

The changes seem to have pushed me higher in search.

So why the 4 keywords first? I've noticed a huge decline since Aug and may need to change up my listing titles.

I've been trying to focus on the 4 keyword thing - interesting enough I've found that my items if relisted are buried so now I'm only doing items for 30 days - alot of my relisted 30 day items are suffering the photo loss problem - not all just some so why relist at all? Trying to focus on only 30 day items - I'm in a basic now myself since things are so slow.
