I listed 6 of a new item last night.
This morning I woke up and all 6 sold out.
How were my customers able to find them?
They must have used google. That's it.

Congrats on the sales!

If your customers had previously done a search for the item and clicked on "save search" then, as soon as you listed it, they would have gotten an email informing them of the listing.
I was once looking for an odd part for one of my antique cars and I used save search. FIVE MONTHS LATER I get an e mail that someone had listed the part.

But that doesn't mean that someone somewhere wasn't previously looking for it. There are many times I do a search and comer up empty and then they appear later.

@richard1rst has the answer, I think. I've done the same thing on my personal account, saved a search (not for a particular seller's item, but for a search term/string) and had it pop up when someone listed it later. People wanted what you had to sell, @inhawaii !

I'm sooooo confused.

Raised the price and listed 12 more. 😉

@inhawaii I have 6 music stands. Put one in my booth at the antique mall and sold one. Got another one, kept the price the same, and sold it the very next day. Got another one, raised the price. Hasn't sold. I guess the price was right!

O you have no idea. Do a search on Vintage SPAM sold items and see what you get. I remember when the cans had the little keys on them that you needed to get the can open.
Nothing quite like a fried SPAM sandwich when sitting around the campfire.

They don't have the little keys anymore?
