Anyone else having a current roundup with this **bleep**?? This has been going on since June 22, 2021 with me.
I have $$$ pending their "Fix" and the ominious "We will cal you back within the next 72 hours" line
Have 5 tickets, that I know of, open since issue and its July 15; and they still have not paid me. Every CSR that I speak with says there is nothing wrong with your account and there is no reason we would be having a hold on your funds... All back to square one... We are working on it; and we will call you back within 72 hours....
To date I have spoken to 19 people; invested almost 10 Hours of my life (that I can clearly and wrecklessly document). I h ave spoken with 4 or 5 different "Leadership Team Members"
Buyer has merch; Ebay has my cash and no one will give me a straight answer; other that starting back all over...
I have esculated this now 9 times to "Leadership" and get the same **bleep** response back... See square one....
I will have called EVERYDAY and gotten nowhere... Same today as it was on June 22.
Anyone out there know who else I can engage to get paid?? Im fresh out of answers and need input...

Where are all the cheerleaders? They're always around to tell the ebay seller why they are wrong. Even when They're right! I'm sure they will be around any minute now! No doubt they will inform the seller just what he's done wrong and say sorry this happened to you and better luck next time and yada yada yada...

not sure why it's happening, never an issue with payouts. However, all those reps blew smoke in your ear.
First sign is this "Have 5 tickets, that I know of, open since issue and its July 15" - that is impossible, ebay reps cannot open tickets for the same issue ticket has already been opened for for a seller/buyer... they can only add notes to the existing ticket and request as high priority. This is done so ebay IT techs don't spend all their time revisiting issues they already serviced.
The next sign is "We are working on it; and we will call you back within 72 hours...." - ebay reps, dept managers, team leaders, tech support, CEO, starbucks attendant at ebay starbucks... will not call you, ever. Yes, they will tell you they will, but they won't, IF (and that's a HUGE IF) they decide to contact you it will be through email, that email will go to your ebay inbox and your normal email on file with your ebay account also. But when they tell you this, just laugh, it won't happen, when it does it's pretty rare.
"To date I have spoken to 19 people; invested almost 10 Hours of my life..." - yeah well, that's ebay CS, you should know by now that if you have an issue that is priority ebay has no intention of treating it as a priority, your number 75.699.876 of 476.620.178 caller of the day who has urgent issue for ebay to fix. When you call for an issue like Managed Payments - you need to call Managed Payments, not go to help > creating listing > call me - that gets you a general CS rep, what do they do? Nothing. Their job is to take calls, shower the caller with apologies and sweet nothings and file a report to the "appropriate" department to "look into" - That's it. They have no power to do anything else, only file reports. Need to call Managed Payments dept and talk to a rep in Managed Payments. Maybe you did eventually get connected / transferred to them eventually in one of your calls, haven't read the thread.
In any case, if there is an issue with payouts then they will fix it, unless the issue is cause on your side, such as bank information not matching up etc...
