EBAY HAS IDEAS AS TO WHY MY LISTINGS ARE NOT SELLING

I Received this absurd e-mail from Ebay this morning.  They suggest I lower my prices, look at the competition etc.  Hey Ebay fix the Glitches! That is why my items are not being seen or sold.  I can not believe they have the time to send these ridiculous e-mails out when the state of the platform is out of control!

 I agree I went from selling like a mad man then all the sudden...(crickets). I was told they throttle you but I would think that would be counter productive for eBay because you would think why would they do that cause it would effect their bottom line as well.

Same experience here as well . was moving right along and then ,,,nothing .Very frustrating to say the least.

Ebay: Every since they started the "ads" within our sale pages, our sales have dropped drastically: Ebay are making a kickback off these ads they are allowing to run within our sales pages.
Ebay also keeps pushing "FREE SHIPPING" - Ebay needs to pay for the shipping then ! Because, USPS don't say, "Oh, I see you sold this on eBay so your shipping if free" .. If you sell an item for $10 with "FREE SHIPPING" - Ebay makes $1, PayPal makes $1, USPS makes $3-$4 .. leaving you with $4 or LESS for an item you probably paid $1-$5 for to re-sell .. You can't sell things on Ebay for less than $20-$30 and make anything that will add up over sales.

DONT BE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO JOIN MANAGED PAYMENTS BY EBAY!!!  YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY UNTIL AFTER THE BUYER HAS YOUR ITEM IN THEIR HAND AND NO, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE TICKETS TO VACATION TO HAWAII. TRUST ME!!!!!!!!!!!    ANOTHER NOTE IS WHEN THEY SEND YOUR PAYOUTS THEY ARE LUMPED AS ONE PAYMENT IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT KNOWING WHATS WHAT. STICK WITH PAYPAL OR JUST QUIT SELLING WHICH WOULD BE MY CHOICE OF THE MATTER.

Why do they not go back to basics with the item with the shortest time left to run being to of the list???

Interesting facts about ebay's managed payments. Thanks for sharing. I just hope it will not be a requirement to join their payment method in the near future. If so, I'll quit selling on ebay

I totally agree, that's my opinion regarding manage payments.

I am selling 66% less this year than last year.  And selling the same product.  My friend is the same.  And this promoted listings thing is a crock.  We pay them to have a store.  We pay high fees (even on shipping charges)  And now they want to make us pay them to promote our listings.  Seems like they make more on my items than I do.  And now managed payments!!!!!! Holding my payments for days.  Also no more pay pal but you muse pay USPS shipping through Pay pal. Whats up with that?  Seems like I"m constantly transferring money. We are not Amazon so quit trying to clone eBay into Amazon.
