Does E bay still give supplies every quarter and how do I find this?

The quarterly certificate is provided to sellers who have a Store subscription at the Basic level or higher.

I find it by clicking on "manage my store " then clicking on " subscribers discounts" you will see shipping supplys there ,until ebay makes another "improvement " and bury's it where no one can find it

You get an email with a list of available products. The actual dates may vary to give the supplier a steady stream of orders rather than a quarterly rush.
