I am having a problem with my Ebay page and I have written Ebay and they say thats normal but that is not the case. Here is my issue. Starting a couple of days ago when i got to my unsold section to relist items that have ended, I relist them as normal and they go into my active items no problem. But then it puts a copy of what I just relisted back into my unsold section with that Purple exclamation symbol say: Ebay note: your item has been relisted". It is like it is telling me I relisted the item but I know that because when you relist in bulk or single it tells you that your items have been successfully relisted. They say this is normal but it is not. A couple of days ago all 600 of my items showed up at one time a being relisted with the above described symbol and message. Can anyone help me as it is alot of work to review and take off all of them duplicated relisting notices. Ps. The only time I have ever got the message that your item has been relisted is when some one doesn't pay and the case is closed and the item are relisted. Any help would be appreciated.
