Drop your price and do 30 day returns??

Ok its bad enough you send us seller performance listings to drop prices on cause some old lady is selling it for .99 now you want us to extend refund policy to 30 or 60 days? Why? So customer can wear it that long and send it back? Ebay is starting to act like the government. They know better than us sellers who have been doing it for years. They are making all these changes to appeal to the young folks and get rid of us old folk who are the back bone of their business. Also is anyone else having problems with duplicate listings being purchased within days of each other. I keep having to refund. Had several in past couple months. And yes average wait time when u try to call is 30+ min. Unacceptible. Hire more people.

exactly.. free 30 day returns are not conducive to certain categories but I don’t think ebay cares

Yes we all feel the same especially those like me who have been selling for over 18 years on Ebay.  I too have had duplicate listings appear.  I noticed right after the item sold the item appears again in my active listings.  This causes big problems for us sellers.  I would advise that after you sell something check your active listings to make sure it is not there again.  Just another hoop to jump through

They do know what they are doing.  But, eBay's goals and the goals of eBay sellers are not the same thing.  Whenever eBay makes a policy decision, it is not based on seller wisdom or seller profits, it is based on increasing eBay's profits ... even if it means occasional losses for eBay sellers.
