I want to make drafts of all of my listings and then post them at the time of the monthly promo $0 insertion fees on 50 listings. When I put the item in drafts, it shows $.30 insertion fee. Will this remain, or change to $0 when I post the listings. I don't want to make up a bunch of drafts only to find out I have to pay the $.30 fee on all of them. Thanks.

The listing fees are determined when the listing goes live, so if you have a free insertion at that moment then your listing will be free. A draft or a scheduled listing will show the cost as if you were launching it right away, since eBay has no way of knowing whether you'll have free insertions when it goes live.
