I had made Draft one item, what is next step or when it will be published on the ebay sale

You click on complete draft in your draft file, make sure your draft is completed and you have made all the changes you want, then go to the bottom and hit listing and hit the blue list button to the left. 

Once you hit that button your listing will be live!
