Yes - the default is to accept offers.
You also have to watch if you use a template or sell similar - it often will change it to "accepts offers", even thought the template or sell similar does not currently show it.
Hope you are finally able to get some listings done. Try saving some as templates in the "new" format and use those if you can. Goes much faster!! @my_boston_baked_beans
