Double Charges

I would encourage all sellers to carefully scrutinize your ebay Final Value Fees this month, particularly for Final Value Fees on and around June 10th.

EBAY IS DOUBLE BILLING FINAL VALUE FEES. I was charged the FVF TWICE on the same day for the same sale.

Only one sale, but two Final Value Fee charges are on my account.

I called ebay on June 11th about this error and they said they were aware of the "technical glitch" and they were working to correct the error.

I checked my account today, June 16th, and the error is still not resolved. I am still double-charged for the one sale.

Check your Final Value Fees. Ebay is double-charging you.

This 'glitch' has actually been occuring for several months.  I'm of the opinion that they hope most people don't check.  Think of how much money you could rake in just because many people just pay their bills without query?

Dam shame with all the shams going on around here, now you gotta watch eBay too. This "Glitch" is costing sellers big time. Good Luck to you.

If ebay is double charging (or over charging or whatever), WHY are you just putting a rant here?

Why aren't you filing a formal complaint with the FTC or any number of other regulatory entities?

And, if you have, are you continuiing to until they get it fixed?  Noooooooooooo.
