Don't relist on mobile unless you want a bunch of unwanted settings changed/added

Used to just relist on mobile if an item ended and I was away from my computer, but no more.  Don't know if this is a new thing but all my 10-day listings get changed to Good Til Canceled, and BEST OFFER IS ENABLED EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT WANT IT!!!  This, on top of the constant emails and notifications to "DROP THE PRICE PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT YOUR STUFF, JUST DROP THE PRICE!!!"  It infuriates me to no end.  It's your platform eBay I get it, but STOP forcing me to change my pricing schme to what YOU want!  If I want to charge a hundred bucks for a paper clip, that should be my decision.  You want to bury me in search fine, you want to hide listings, fine, but leave control over MY pricing to ME!  And what's worse is even if I go back and try to revise my listing on the computer, the listing duration field is grayed out.  I have to end up ending the listing, and doing "sell similar" to regain control of my own merchandise.  I swear, eBay has become nothing more than a "gotcha" scheme.

Yep, eBay recently revised the app so that the ONLY duration for fixed price listings is "Good until canceled."

Friends don’t let friends list on eBay using the Mobile App.

I used the app to relist stuff yesterday but I did not have my listings changed.  I just double-checked and everything is correct.  I am sorry this happened to you and I'd be upset about it too.

It burns me that you can't edit or relist multiple item listings on the app.

Yeah...and look at my thread about my brother looked up my item, showed I offered NO RETURNS when I do offer 30 day buyer pays. Sweettea viewed my item on her Android and she saw I still had 30 referenced, yet my Bros Mobile showed No returns. Still trying to figure out WHY? So that means those with Applie iPhones see No returns, and Androids show the correct info?

eBay is leveraging their Mobile App as a tracking device & ad delivery vehicle. This is their #1 Priority. Every other function is relegated to the bottom of the list.

SERIOUSLY.  I have a couple friends to apologize to now for recommending it.

I relisted a low-priced item a couple of times before I realized I was being charged a $2 "bold listing" fee.  Could have been fumble fingering on my part, but I don't know.  These days, I have to relist so many times, that I just robotically go through the motions.  Sometimes I don't notice that the fee is non-zero until it is too late.

Hello,

I noticed something similar.  For the first time, I tried using the mobile app and I noticed my listing got changed to "local pickup only".  It didn't even allow for shipping!  It was previously there as an option but it got changed to be the only option.  Then a buyer came around and bought and couldn't send a payment since it was local pickup only so he turned around and gave me the first neg in years.
