Don't bother with trying to appeal the outcome of a case with facts. Seems the buyer always wins even when they flat out use false accusations just to get their money back. Ebay will side with the buyer regardless when presented with the facts. It's a waste of time and effort, so the best thing to do is report the buyer and see if and when anything will happen. I'm sure there are other sellers on here that have had the same problem too. So have fun with all this my little chickadees.

Is there a number I can call to speak with an agent directly without dealing with the automated system? I dont want someone to call me... Ideas?

You don't take incoming calls?

There's not..
Call back is the only phone option.
You can use chat or contact them via direct message on Facebook. (I know that sounds strange but they have good reps there)

As long as you have been around?

You might have better luck if you took incoming calls from eBay.

No kidding? That can happen?

Thanks, but most of us know this already.

I have an idea...
Ask your question here on the boards.
You'll get quicker and more accurate answers here.

"You'll get quicker and more accurate answers here."
"Quicker," definitely. "More accurate," not so much.

Now that DEI has been outlawed, I don't think you can call people "little chickadees" anymore.

Speak for yourself, I was quite befuddled upon hearing of such a breach of trust, eBay bestowed upon the OP.
An executive order could trump such nonsense.
