Hello sellers,
It seems like many times when a buyer files a claim, I go to look at the tracking number through the item / order details, and the tracking number has been removed. The tracking progress is still given, but I can't find the number to enter it in for the claim info.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Am I missing something here?
Is there a place on ebay that I can find the tracking number I uploaded?
If it makes any difference, I'm using stamps.com which automatically syncs with ebay and all tracking numbers are uploaded and work fine until a buyer files a claim.
