One of the items I sell are Jack in the Box antenna balls. When i ship them, i put the antenna ball inside the empty cardboard "ring" from a roll of 3M clear packing tape and then put that inside a padded envelope. I find that the best/lightest/cheapest way to ship them and the ring keeps the ball from being crushed. The problem is, I go through those rings quicker than i go through rolls of tape. Does anyone out there have any extras rings to spare that they could send me? I'll be more than happy to PayPal you a few bucks to cover shipping. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

You could find a long carboard tube and cut it into sections of the size you need or you could make a square piece of "tube" by simply cutting a strip of cardboard about 2" x 10" and make a box with no bottom or top by bending it every 2.5 inches and tape the meeting seams together.
