No, not even that because the "letters" would be birds, animals, etc. Even if you turn it sideways, the shapes of the letters don't jive with any alphabet I know of or was able to Google.
The design does have a "Greek Key" feel about it but even so, it's not exactly Greek Key either because the "tails" aren't continuously linked.
TBH, I don't think it's any language and just is an original design. If you're trying to figure out how to describe it, I might be tempted to say the center features a "two-tone, three-dimensional Greek Key-inspired design" and leave it at that.
