Does anyone know How to contact actual ebay support agent?

I have a bad buyer, buyer claims "item not as described" which is absolutely False. They've admitted to not reading item description. The item listed in description as well as in photos is Clearly described. Its listed in the Title, Sub-title to include several times throughout actual item description. This is simply as case of Buyers remorse. The buyer even admitted that they aren't interested in any other advertising within description ( theres actually a youtube video link I have attached) . Ive messaged ebay support several times, I've appealed a decision theyve favored the buyer for 2x already. I've received generic responses from ebay support/decision team. One of the messages addressed me as a completely different person and both messages for their decision were almost identical, clearly an indicator of generic automated responses. How can a seller be protected on here without the help of an actual agent in situations like this? Bad buyers have such an advantage its ridiculous. All they have to do is make a not as described claim and they're essentially awarded the claim. This is outrageous. This is the first time this has happened to me and Ive been selling on ebay for several years now. if anyone has any suggestions Please let me know

The plain truth is customer support can't/won't help. If a buyer requests a refund/return, eBay expects sellers to comply. You're exactly right when you state, "All they have to do is make a not as described claim and they're essentially awarded the claim."

 

If you do not resolve the request by accepting the return and refunding the buyer, eBay will exact its pound of flesh by reflecting the unsolved return on your account.

 

It's horrid. Everyone agrees. But there it is . . .

I think it involves candles, drawing a large pentagram on the floor, a specific chant, and possibly a sacrifice of some sort

Well what I always say is not popular in these cases.

Who is eBay to believe. 

They really have no choice but to find for the purchaser (Buyer).

As for eBay and getting a hold of some one, well try help and contact.

Do not try and call em as that not going to happen.

You can send an email message to eBay. Not sure how often email is working. It is hit and miss due to COVID-19. I just used it on Aug 11, 2020 and got a reply and solution to a problem I found here on eBay. I was shocked. I just sent another mail today, hopefully they will call me.

Or you can reach out to customer service using social media. don't forget to mention your messages from teh fake buyer. Since you are a seller try using the business link first:

Social media also worked for me on another issue a few months back. Got an answer and resolution to my issue fairly quickly.  It wouldn't hurt to leave a contact number.  The CSR ended up calling me.

There is nothing that will change if you talk to a CSR.

 

If a buyer claims INAD, then it is an INAD even if admitting otherwise. That is how it is.

 

An eBay CSR will read the script, and tell you the same thing that you get from the automated responses.

 

Sellers that are TRS, and offer returns can get up to $6 of shipping refunded by eBay for proven false INAD returns. Other than that, we get the short end of the stick. It is a cost of doing business, and gets logged into the loss column on the expense ledger.

 

One of my returns.   Title said "right side". Description said "right side". Photos of "right side".  Buyer does an INAD return.  Wrong item sent. "I wanted the left side"

As soon as a buyer selects a return reason for item not as described, in eBay land it magically becomes "absolutely true".  Your description becomes irrelevant,  you either fund the return or suffer the consequences.  Asking CS for help will likely make matters much worse.
