So I have another post that was detailing the Managed Payments nightmare I have been having since late February.
It seems that even when I get REINSTATED, after another angry phone call, my sales still take a dive again for a couple of days.
Can anyone lend to my theory that Cassini knocks you way down each time this happens??

I'm starting to believe that myself, the whole thing's wonky. One thing I have noticed is that if I give postive advice to another user here, I get a few sales. Strange, to say the least.

Yes.
One of the criteria used seems to be (no one knows for sure) the number of sales in a previous (unstated) period.
If you were restricted, your sales would drop.
Even after the restriction ends, the algorithm will reflect slow sales.
The algorithm seems to respond positively to new listings.
If the idea annoys you, try closing a bunch of listings then slowly relisting them as Sell Similar (not Relist).
Those revived listings appear to be New to the algorithm.

I've been doing the slow Sell Similars...
All good til you get SUSPENDED 2 times in 2 weeks, over an eBay internal glitch.

It's no comfort of course, but if you are leaving FB on shipment, which I consider a Best Practice, you have been making about 24 sales a month over the past 12 months.
And you have made 29 sales in the past month.
So there's that.
Hit up the social media boys and ask them politely to turn your account on again. If it's a glitch they can fix it. If it's a problem they should be able to understand it and explain what you have to do.
Sigh.
TANSTAAFL.
PS - I looked at your past sales of vintage ties. Holy moley. I am now legally blind. Wow!

Actually February the store was starting to ramp heavily, with over 100 sales.
Then, right at the peak, the HOLDS began. The Managed Payments area, has a serious programming error that no one can fix. It is causing "Restrictions" the moment a fee is generated... then "Reinstatements" etc... this nonsense is what I see as making my visibility decline in the search results.
Then the faulty SUSPENSION #1 really destroyed things. Now we are at suspension #2.
