Does Anybody Else Recently Experiencing Problems With Giving Feedback To Buyers?

It's not a huge deal for me but I like leaving positive feedback to people who buy from me but all I get these days, when I submit a feedback is "We ran into a problem. Try again later."

Is anybody else getting that? If not, could it be something with my account or is there an IT issue?

I think it's due to the ongoing site updates. I had the same problem. I logged in later in the day and tried again. I was able to leave a feedback on that try.

There are different places that give you the ability to leave feedback.  You can link from the listing itself or from the seller hub overview page under the orders section shipped and awaiting your feedback.  It's possible eBay is trying to have everyone conform and use the seller hub link.

I left some this morning with no problem. I give feedback at Seller Hub/Orders/Paid and shipped.

I leave 40 feedback every week

I use the orders tile in seller hub and it tells you how many you can leave feedback for

a few clicks and you are done, its very simple

they have changed some of the responses or canned responses

I do not even know what feedback I am leaving  cause I do not care

I leave feedback after I am done shipping in the morning

they are all generic feel good canned feedbacks and it works fast and pleases  my buyers

I am getting the same error message on "Sending Coupons" to the paid and shipped customers that are more than 1 month past.

Hello,

 Did you check to see if the feedback was actually left? I ask because the same thing happened to me a few times and I couldn't figure out why, after trying a few times and  getting " we ran into a problem" I decided to go check their feedback to see if the feedback I left was there, and it was there. So maybe just a glitch. I would check their feedback to see if it's there.  Hope that helps.

I have the opposite problem, getting buyers to leave feedback. I don't leave feedback anymore until the buyer does.

As a buyer, I do leave feedback within a few days after inspecting item.
