Top Rated status requires at least 100 "transactions" per year. So if a buyer buys 4 different items from 4 different listings from you at the same time, and you ship in 1 box, does that count as 1 or 4 "transactions"? (eBay shows it as 1 "order".)

One. Also, feedback left will only show or count as one.

I'm sorry, It's four sales. So yes, four different items sold count as four sales.

Your transaction number will eventually tick up by 4.

In our experience
1 order X 1 Item count = 1
1 order X 4 items count = 1 ( Different colours, size or item does not matter)
4 orders X 1 item each order count = 4
4 Orders created same day can be shipped in 1 box and this does not effect the count.
You must upload tracking number on each order against each item.

In my experience when I used to shop and bought four or five items in one trip at one checkout line it was considered one transaction. Why would buying several items on the same ebay invoice count any different?
