Hi, didn't know which section to put this in, sorry!
Stumbled upon this car parts site last night and it appears to be using eBay listings to advertise products but is selling them at half the original price. It doesn't appear to be an affiliate site as there are no links to eBay anywhere. Is this site a scam and if it isn't how are they able to get away with this?

Just to clarify things a bit:
Ebay is a selling venue. I am not aware of any affiliate sites.
Ebay is not a seller of items, except for their branded shipping supplies.
I poked around the website and I would have some strong reservations about ordering from them. They appear to be a drop shipping service that has offered virtually no info about their company or location.

That is more common than you might think. There are a lot of companies that "piggyback" off ebay like that. Just do a net search of some ebay listings. You will find many more such places. Better to just buy from ebay.

this is not an eBay site. Appears to be not U.S.
I am not sure this whole topic is not SPAM:
and it does contain a link to of eBay site that sells items.
