A seller made an error and checked offf negative feedback but the comment states "great seller". I have reached out to them but have not heard back. Do you think ebay would remove this feedback if I contact them?

You won't know until you try.

If you can't get the buyer to revise the feedback, call CS.

yes it's removable. You are not allowed to leave a negative or neutral with a positive comment. I had one that said "all good" and I was able to get it removed.

However if you couldn't get it removed, having someone say you're great even if it is a red dot is hardly anything to be upset about. People will read your negatives, nothing wrong with the comment they left. But of course, it is removable.
