Do you have a large Bin or Basket that you use to carry packages?

And if so, how big is it?  Does it help?

I take my packages to mail drop off store nearby because my mail delivery is so late.  And I need something to carry these and I'm looking for ideas.   I like something that's round, but most packages are rectangles, so that's no help.  I don't want to be dragging my antique faire wagon inside a store with dirty wheels-although that would work great.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough packages to need something to carry them in but depending on the sizes of your items, would this work. It's from Ikea and huge!

And just $.99!

Maybe a laundry basket? Or a 5-Gallon bucket?

Everyone's dirty shoes walk through the store, so what's the difference? If you feel guilty about it then wipe down your wagon wheels every few weeks. Problem solved.

I talked to my mailman about this a few years ago, and now he drops off about 20 USPS collection bins (18x13x12) a week - I just keep them stacked in my carport until I need them. Super handy, free, and you can leave them anywhere USPS collects (no "unloading" required).

We keep several white postal bins and trade those out.

Often use the oversized re-usuable shopping bags from TJ Maxx...we have several and they do not tear and wipe clean with a lysol wipe.  I have been known to push them on the floor while waiting my turn in line......

Would not worry about wagon wheel dirt.  Almost every day ahead of me at postal drop off is a gal with a service dog that often piddles.....lol

I live in California and we have group mail boxes.  I never see my mail person.   But the post office might be useful.

I use Ikea bags, too. They're well made and hold up better than a lot of the other reusable bags.

I have two of the big ikea bags - they're sturdy, flexible, hold a ton and have two types of handles short and long.

@jewelbiz- I had one of those when I used to schlep groceries and shipping out and about - I was shipping larger boxes then and it worked really well.  Now with my miscellaneous smaller boxes and packages, I like the Ikea bags.

Hah!  Beat me to it.  The ikea bag is the go-to for eBay sellers with a lot of items to haul into the post office.  The loops are big enough that you can sing them over your shoulder - carrying two at a time is certainly doable.

I use a rolling crate.  It completely folds down, has handles on the sides to lift and carry, and has a  telescoping handle to push or pull.  There is also a lid.  I use it for the market too.  You can buy them at Home Depot, on Amazon, and Office Depot.  They sell at Walmart as well but the price is $12-13 higher.

I bought something although I won't say where.  Three big soft sided bins with handles I can carry and then I can use as many as I need.
