Even though you see others selling it doesn't mean it's ok , they just haven't been caught yet.

Shake your head and move on.  I had a King George IV hand painted truncheon removed stating it was a billy club however baseball bats are fine to sell.  Plenty of other examples too. No projectiles but paintballs are fine. Don’t get me started.  Be careful if you proceed to list again eBay will suspend you.
