Do Old Transaction defects drop from your list

I have a copuple of defects from when I firts started, rtaher than actual issue it was my lack of knowledge of the process the customers in all cases were happy, its just me filling in the wronmg thing. I appealed buyt of course support could not ehlp or understand.

So will these couple of items be on my defect list forever?

The metrics run on a 90-day window, so once those cycle out, they should be gone.

What defects are you talking about? Service metrics (https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/service-metrics) ? Or performance? (https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard?region=US)

They count service metrics defects every month for 12 months. However Ebay didn’t do their job this month. The defect evaluation is done on the 20th of each month which didn’t happen.

Ok I have seen its a rolling year, so mine from Dec 2021 should go in time.. thanks for the pointing in the right direction
