I'm receiving emails suggesting 5% lower prices. But when I click "Lower Price" it takes me to a page
without an "Edit Listing" button. If I edit the listing normally will it still send a notification to the buyer?

If you edit the listing normally, the lower price will be visible to the buyer. A notification will not be sent, though.
