Discounts across multiple listings

I can't seem to find how to offer discounts when somebody  buys 2 or more items, help please!!!

Thanks for the info. I am already running a 10% off on all items does this mean I can't offer discounts across my items at same time on these items? I can only do one or the other? Thanks.
