Since you are offering free shipping, this could be accomplished using a variation listing ... "Package of one item" =  $35, "Package of two items" =  $55, "Package of three items" = $75, etc. But I'm not sure if this adheres to policy, and you would also have to be aware of your inventory levels because it's not really designed for that.

Another option would be to create separate listings for each quantity. Again, not perfect and you would have to be aware of your inventory.

Discounting additional widgets

Morning,

We have run into this in the past and we found that providing a "Best Offer" on the listing works ok...not great but ok.

The reason I say ok is because so many buyers do not fully read the listing to understand how we are using the "Best Offer" feature.

If it is to work this way then what you do is in the Description portion advise folks that you are making the "Best Offer" available for those wanting a discount for multiple quantities. Then if folks use the feature you can resolve/discount the product there.

Not the best system but it works.

Hope this helps.

That's easily done with a store.  There is a markdown and promotions manager.
