Disappearing Listings

Not sure what happened, but my active listings are disappearing into thin air. I've lost 25 since last night, and it seems listings that are ending are not being renewed? I called and talked to support, so they are aware of the issue, but who knows when it will be resolved. Is anyone else having this same problem?

I'm just worried now that all 1,500+ of my listings are all going to disappear. How am I supposed to get sales when listings are being deleted faster than I can make them.

How long have you had them listed? Days? Weeks? Months?

Ebay does remove stale listings.

If those items were at 0 stock this may not be abnormal.

Aside from that, are there any common denominators you could notice for the ones disappearing?

And I assume they aren't going in to the ended listing section?

Yes, I am noticing similar. My items that are supposed to be relisting automatically after 31 day period in July and now a 31 day period in August are not being relisted. I cannot find them in Unsold or Ended listings. I have seen 4 listings so far today disappear and have several others that are waiting to relist later today (August 2nd).

I don't know what listings were deleted, they didn't tell me, and there's nothing in my unsolds/ended. I have over 1,500+ listings, so its a guessing game as to which ones are now gone.

I'm afraid that within the following days my entire store is going to be wiped out by this.

The listings are falling off hour after hour. The rep I spoke to didnt see anything wrong with my account and stated they would put in a ticket to try and get it resolved.

So it seems to be listings that should be renewing?

mine are coming, and going. down 77 listings now.

Yes, it appears listings aren't being renewed for some reason, what a nightmare. I have 24 more ending today, I assume they will all disappear as well.

I checked my unsolds/ended and there's nothing there.

Yes, I think the issue is with listings not being renewed properly. Something is messed up, that is for sure. I had 24 ending yesterday, and 24 never renewed. I'm now at 25 as another one just dropped off.

Thanks for clarifying, at this point I'd imagine this is affecting a lot of sellers, yourself included. I hope they can get this resolved quickly.

Looks like there's a thread about it on the technical issues board, so they probably know about it.

Yes! Same thing is happening to me but it seems to go down by 1 each day, they are not sold or ended listings, I checked to see if items had somehow ended and not been relisted but that wasn't the case. That is the reason I came to the community board to see if others were having the same issue.

I am experiencing this as well, I checked unsold/ended and they were not there I am not sure where they went to!

Hi all! There's a new issue where the number of listings showing Active in the Selling overview, differ from the actual number of Active listings. The Seller Hub Active listing page shows accurate results though.

Those with missing items, will you please check your accounts and see if that's what you're experiencing? If so, I've updated the tech ticket with this new issue and that can be found here. At this point the tech team only needs usernames though, so that's all you'll need to supply Customer Support with. 

The only other current issue that I'm aware of where some members are experiencing problems finding listings, is in the Purchase History, and that is already noted in the ongoing tech issue post.
