Some categories are polluted with digital downloads by sellers (often sellers from overseas). They are reported several times, but eBay does nothing (ever), even though same sellers repeatedly list them. For example, such downloads for sale are found in the 'electronic keyboards' section of 'musical instruments & gear.' eBay clearly states in their policies that such downloads are not allowed in this category (and most others). Why can't eBay deliver on their own policies, even when problems are clearly pointed out??
