Detailed Seller Page function for seeing STAR numbers

On the detailed seller page the blue numbers next to the stars. Used to be able to click on the number and you could see the detail of stars - 3 out of 5, 4 out of 5, etc. You could do this on your account or any one else. It no longer works. Do you know if it has been enabled .?

Detailed seller ratings are not counted against your seller account or service metrics and are pretty much useless information for sellers in the United States.IMO.

Looks like eBay is doing away with the ability to click on those ratings.
