Hello! I have a problem due to the long delivery of the goods. I sent the goods to America and it is in transit. The buyer is nervous and asked for a refund. For my part, I ask him to wait a bit and have provided evidence that the goods have been sent and are in transit. At the same time, this package is registered in the delivery services of Ukraine and the USA and put on the wanted list. I ask you to help me and suggest how to reassure your buyer so that he waits a little and does not open a dispute. Maybe the ebay administration will help me. All health. Regards, Tatiana.

Do nothing until the buyer opens a case for non-delivery. The government has things so screwed up here it's amazing anyone gets mail from overseas. Do not refund money until buyer opens the case or you may lose your item and your money.

Thanks for the answer! The buyer opened a refund case. Tell me, can the Ebay administration take the side of the seller in my case?

If you have tracking and it shows delivery ebay will take your side. But if it does not get delivered you will have to refund. I'm not sure how your postal system works or what you shipped is insured. But here we go online and file a lost package case with USPS you have a choice if they find it to send it on or return to you. You at this point would be better to have it returned to you. If they cannot find it you can open a insurance case and get your money back.

Thank you very much! Please tell me maybe there is seller protection, maybe ask the administration of Ebay to increase the delivery time. To date, 30 days have passed since the date of dispatch. And this package is in transit due to quarantine of the coronavirus and in connection with the cancellation of flights.
