Delivery attempts

I have two order that have delivery attempts so I have not received payment 

What do I do?

What does tracking say?  Check on the USPS site for more details.  When I have that, I reach out to the buyer and send a message to let them know.  It isn't held for long and then it will be returned to you.

Just be patient.  Delivery does not guarantee your funds will be released anyways, though more sellers have reported that their funds are released a few days after delivery.

All new and infrequent sellers are subject to payment holds, and large sales or one outside of your normal selling patterns will trigger holds as well.

Has there been any communication with the buyers?  Sometimes I nudge them with an email reminder.  Other than that all you really can do is wait.   If undeliverable the packages should eventually come back to you but can take weeks and weeks.

'delivery attempts'....usually doesn't have anything to do with 'payment'.

Infrequent sellers can sometimes have a hold on payments.

If item(s) are not picked up they will be returned to you.

There will be a sticker as to why item(s) are not delivered.

Do not give out any refunds until items are returned....in your hands.
