EBay deleted the messages from my account and also from promotional page which i received on December 05, 2019 regarding final value fees cap of USD 10. I didn't realize this until i have been charged of 10% as usual on my listing that were sold in next two weeks after activating that offer. Of course i have listed those items after activating the offer only. I came to know about this offer from slick deals site and went to my account and activated the offer from my messages that i have received.
Slick deals post link
After some research i came to know this is very common with eBay promotional offer messages as i have seen so many people posting about missing promotional offers messages from their accounts after activating the offers.
Is anyone recently faced this situation and what is your exp with customer service?

@chatakondu1981, I only see one item which you sold during that time frame, and it was a multi-quantity listing, so it wasn't eligible for the promotion.

Only single quantity listings are eligible for this Promotion. Listings in which multiple items are being sold through the same listing (multi-quantity listings) are not eligible....

Thanks for your quick reply.
Can you answer why did eBay remove the promtional offers from my account? Why did eBay remove the email from my messages that i have received?

No one here works for eBay so we can not give you a correct answer but generally eBay sends an email to your registered account. Have you looked in that location as well?

Sorry, I can't explain why. I can tell you that this is normal procedure, though. They always remove the messages about promos, usually just before the promo times out.

I thought the guy who responded to me is from eBay. Thanks for clarification.

Is the restriction on MQ listings usual for these FVF cap things? I don't recall ever seeing that before on a promo.
I wonder if that also includes MV listings?
I really do not know? I do not follow the promotions at all on eBay. I run my own marketing efforts with the tools eBay gives me and outside programs I have. If items qualify for an eBay promotion then for me at least it was by chance.

No problem. The eBay Community is for eBay members, most threads are answered by other eBay users who volunteer to help out others, like me.

Well, I can tell you there is always fine print on these promos, and if I can find the details, then I can almost always figure out why a listing wasn't eligible for the promo after all.
I don't recall seeing a promo where only single quantity listings were eligible before, but I could easily have missed it if that wasn't what the issue was, with other listings in the past.
In this case, I first looked for a restriction on relisted items, and then I double-checked when the listing was first created, because it appears to be a good-til-cancelled listing. Neither of those turned out to be the issue, so I scanned the promo details again, and that time I spotted the real issue.
If by MV you mean a Variations listing, I don't suppose that would qualify as a single-quantity listing.
