Hello,
recently I sold an item per usual. When going to ship it out (I’m unsure how), I managed to attach 2 tracking numbers to the item. The item was delivered according to the proper tracking number, but the other tracking number says it is still at the post office. I have tried to remove the tracking number numerous times but every time I do it pops back up. Because of this, my funds are on hold and I am not getting payed. Is there anyway to have an eBay agent remove the tracking number for me since it doesn’t work when I do it? Or are there an alternative ways to remove it? Thank you for your time.

@rebtur-66 If you go to your Seller Hub, hover over Orders, then go down and select shipping labels. This will bring you to a page that shows all the labels purchased thru ebay. Find the label you want. On the left, use the drop down menu and choose Void or Delete ( I can't remember which) label. If the label has been scanned in by the carrier, you will not be able to delete it. It should not have been scanned in unless you used it. Tracking is the only was to prove you sent an item. I had an order go out today that had to be shipped in 2 boxes because it was too heavy to ship in one. You could try sending a private message on the ebay facebook page and ask if they can help you if the delete label function isn't available to you. Good Luck!

For people who don't ship with eBay, there's a workaround to remove the tracking...
Click the "edit" link that displays on the orders list. When the window opens, click the plus sign to add a second tracking number. Then delete the wrong number and save.

What does the exact tracking scan say @rebtur-66. Does it say it's at the post office or does it say USPS is awaiting the package?
As of right now it sounds like you purchased 2 labels through eBay on the same transaction in error and at this point you might be past the window to void the first label. You can check here to see if it's still possible to void it.
When you buy shipping through eBay it is not possible to remove the tracking number from the transaction.
You may need to contact customer service and explain what happened. Since the main issue is that the tracking is interfering with your payout, I suggest contacting the Payments team directly. On this page you'll see a little help icon tied to the right side of the page. Click on the little telephone icon and request a call back.

I'm dealing with the exact same thing they say to go here and here and put in tracking number yourself...lol I obviously would've loved to do that and problem fixed.. Never that easy plus you can't contact anyone to physically talk to about it. Unbelievable crap..
