EBay is dead I haven’t made a sale in weeks and no sign of it getting better, anyone else having those problems? 😰

Other people. Yes.

Your previous sales seemed sporadic. Sometimes over a week in between sales and sometimes 7 sales in a day or two span.
You don't seem to do regular business, albeit you had some regular sales for some stretches of time...
I would wait it out a tiny bit longer and see what happens... For all you know, it's going to boom tomorrow. No one knows why.
Hang in there.

I just sold a long tailed item (had to dust it off) and I just finished happily packing it up. At least there's a pulse.

People have been complaining about slow sales for about 25 years. Retail is always up and down, and right now people are spending money in brick and mortars.

What do you expect when the CEO states he has no time for traditional small sellers but will put on his knee pads for sellers of high end merchandise. Of course all the sale metrics for Ebay are down, as is the stock price, as the traditional small sellers, and the buyers who follow them, migrate to more welcoming platforms. Just today I registered with an alternative platform and found a listing tool that was simple and efficient. I am now in the process of moving a single category of mine to this other platform and will use that experiment to determine my future sales.

No, my sales are actually up.
I think it has everything to do with what you are selling.
Sometimes what you are selling is in demand and sometimes it's not.

It sounds like your eBay sales are dead, not that eBay is dead.

Yes. I get several days of some orders, then its like a switch is flipped and its totally dead for a few days. Then they flip the switch back on and I get orders again. My listing routines stay the same regardless. Doesn't seem to affect it at all. I also end items coming up on 30 days and sell similar, that doesn't make an impact either.
I did a quick glance at your items. Nice stuff, but not much that falls into the vitals category, more like the "fun" category. I think everyone here has seen cutbacks on nonessential fun stuff. Myself as well.
I do know some of that kind of stuff sells better on the mercari and etsy platforms if its not doing so well here.
Also, as people are cutting back, the higher dollar fun items just aren't selling as fast anymore.
Finally, Ebay's screwed up search function doesn't help any seller here.
Maybe check and see if other sellers recently sold items you have, check their listings, tweak the title, maybe tweak the prices...?

With 1000s of items across my 4 stores, I have not in recent memory experienced a day with no sales, so eBay isn't dead for everyone.

...eBay isn't dead yet...

Try bulk editing something on all your listings. Anything that you can bulk edit would be fine. When we edit our listings, it causes the listing to get re-indexed within 24-48 hours which can raise you in the search returns and get you some sales.
I've overdo for doing this but it will usually work. In a month or so you can go and Bulk edit again and accomplish the same thing. You might consider moving your handling date from 2 to 3 this month and then when you bulk edit them next month move it back to 2 days.
We may all be better off to share ideas on things we can try in an effort to increase sales.

GMV- (Gross Merchandise Volume)
eBay has redefined GMV to put up a false-facade as core growth keeps going down.

What kind of "sign" were you hoping for? Have you seen "signs of it getting better" in the past? What exactly did that look like?
