Finally called Ebay yesterday because I have noticed on my 2 stores that they have a return percentage that should be 0%. Haven't had a return in super long time and when I click on see returnend items info it clearly states no returns in over 18 months. CS rep referred me to specialist who couldn't even answer why this is happening. I suggested another of the numerous glitches and the rep (USA one this time) just laughed out loud. The only reason such a small thing bothers me is that Ebay asks for perfections from us TRSs and yet all they do is have gobs of mess ups.
