Note to the programmers of eBay; Yes I actual applaud you having to do such with all the browsers and now days the apps and junk on a phone and still even try.
Not an easy job you have.
In other words when ever eBay folks find a solution it may get fixed; Try different methods or different systems to by pass errors.
