that customer asked to refund that order  and he asked to return but i shipped that order. the order arrived at us custom.

then what i need to do?

Tell the buyer he must return the package at his expense for a refund. If he refuses delivery when it arrives he is not eligible for Money Back Guarantee. When the package is delivered back is when you will refund.

Hard to understand but I think refund has already been given ?? Not sure.

OP - if you have refunded just let the item get disposed of by customs, no point paying shipping to get it returned to China as from what I can see it was sold for $3.00 - this is just one of many many things that make drop shipping a very bad way of doing business on eBay.

Did the buyer file an Item Not Received case?

When was the estimated delivery date?

When you put up a screenshot you need to block that buyers name and phone number and address. It's there for everybody to view.
