Is there a way to speak to a REAL customer service person at Ebay?  There used to be a number to call directly but that went away some time ago.  Then a few months ago I ran across somewhere where you could request a call from a real person.  That is what I want to find and can't seem to find it again.  Any ideas?

Navigate to the bottom of the screen choosing whatever problem you are having. Eventually you will get to the option to have someone call you.  https://www.ebay.com/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&initFrom=ARTICLE&topicId=4000

Most problems are solved here on the forums so let us know what the issue is and maybe someone can help you faster.

Unless you're hellbent on... "to speak to a REAL customer service person at eBay", you can get good, quick service (through email) by messaging on the eBay facebook page. I've done that in the past year and had great success... my issue even had to be escalated twice, but I had satisfaction in 3 emails and 3 hours. Good luck.
